I forgot to mention I am running windows 8.1. ![]() I don't know if this matters but my USB device doesn't have the name REMOVABLE and instead says"JM1_CCSA_X64FRE_EN-US_DV9(P:)" ![]() When I do the setup.exe application I get a problem, after it says"making sure you're ready to install" I get an error message saying that the setup can't tell if my computer is ready to continue and to restart the setup.
